We join with all true believers in proclaiming the Lordship of Jesus Christ and in embracing the historic creedal statements of Christian faith. We value our Wesleyan tradition and believe it to be a way of understanding the faith that is true to Scripture, reason, tradition and experience.
2. We are a Holiness people
God, who is holy, calls us to a life of holiness. We believe that as we surrender our lives completely to him, the Holy Spirit works in us to produce the character of Jesus Christ. The Christian life is a journey where God in continually working in us to transform us into Christ's likeness.
3. We are a Missional people
God has given his church a mission to build the kingdom of God. We believe that we can carry out our mission by reaching out to God in worship, reaching out to each other in care and companionship, sharing our faith with those who don't know about Jesus, and helping believers grow and become spiritually mature. The church is called to be agents of God's love in the world and to participate with God in the work of redeeming humanity.
